The history of FATOSA begins in Sabadell in 1969 with the construction of its first machines designed for small industry and intended for export.
From the manufacturing of those first units to the current range, which includes more than thirty models, years of constant evolution in design, quality, and safety studies have passed, with a continuous commitment to the food industry.
FATOSA’s manufacturing facilities are located in Sabadell, a city situated in a traditionally industrial area with easy access by all means of transport: air, sea, and land.
From the outset, FATOSA’s sales expanded throughout Europe, but over the years, and as a result of the considerable effort of all the company’s members, the machines have reached all five continents. Today, FATOSA machines operate in places as far away as Japan from the United States, Indonesia from Norway, or South Africa from Canada.
All of FATOSA’s machines are designed by its own engineering department, taking into account technological developments, market needs, and international health and safety directives.
Quality is an extremely important part of the design, as it enables us to offer our customers machines that are accurate, robust, and long-lasting. The broad variety of machines we have today allows us to supply both small and large food processing facilities.
FATOSA has sufficient technical resources to adapt, with great flexibility, to each customer’s particular needs.
