Innovation process

The innovation process went from identifying the client needs, designing the oven, manufacturing a prototype and testing it with several clients before launching the model into the market. The whole process took around 3 years and involved collaborating with an industrial design company.

The company spent more than 400.000 euros.

Results

The market response for this new modular oven has been really good. Nearly 100 5-star hotels have already bought this modular oven.
